These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CaloGlow (the "Service"), an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application operated by the CaloGlow team ("CaloGlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CaloGlow is a web-based application (PWA) that lets you log meals, scan food using AI, and track calories, macronutrients, water, weight and related nutrition data. The Service offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("CaloGlow Pro") with additional features.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or via the customer portal. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, resell it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
CaloGlow provides nutrition estimates and general wellness information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified healthcare provider. AI-generated calorie and nutrition values are estimates and may be inaccurate. Consult a professional before making medical or dietary decisions.
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by CaloGlow and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the data you submit (such as your meal logs); you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaloGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
